Every day, since I got access, I use Jira and after few minutes I have to restart the site and confirm logging in with a code sent to my email. Of course it's good I have the code, but it's annoying to restart the page over and over again.
This is a notification I get:
"Wystąpił problem po naszej stronie. Jeżeli sytuacja będzie się powtarzać, udostępnij tę informację administratorowi, który powinien skontaktować się z działem wsparcia. (link to support) Hash 14I2NQX Załaduj stronę ponownie." /
"There has been a problem on our side. If the situation persists, share this information with the administrator, who should contact support. (link to support) Hash 14I2NQX Load the page again."
How may I contact the administator? Or just solve the problem?
Welcome to the community.
This is related to the Jira you are accessing.
You are probably classified on this instance as an external user. In the External User Policy on that site, the site admin has then defined that external user will receive a one-time passcode which they need to provide to logon.
Hi @Oliwia Miłkowska and welcome to the community.
When you say "restart the site" you mean reloading the page or logging back in?
Your administrator should be known within your company; if not, you could try creating a common IT ticket (or write them an e-mail) and state your problem, so that they can route it to the right admin.
Otherwise you could create a support ticket with Atlassian to have them have a look at it. As it's Cloud, they will likely have to look into this anyway, even if your admin was informed beforehand.
You can reach support through the following link - or simply using the link in the error message: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
I hope that helps and wish you good luck for sorting out this issue!
Greetings
Philipp
