I hvae been added with full access But I am not able to the Administrator option enabled in JIRA when i choose the switch sites or Apps option

"Full access" is a bit imprecise and could relate to anything like an organisation, a site, an application or even only a single project. To see the extent of your administration rights, you may open the settings (cog symbol in the upper rught corner) and see what setting types you have access to. Are you a Jira admin, a site admin, an org admin, or do you only get personal settings?

Can you please share a screenshot of the settings options you're getting, and the ones you expect but they're missing? This would help in better understanding which roles/permissions might be missing.
