  • I imported a JIRA project from another JIRA cloud instance and selected the 'overwrite users' option (the previous import failed when I tried to use existing users).
  • Now none of the users work and I can't add any additional users.
  • The error says 'Unable to add user XXX'. Please try inviting the user again.
  • So now I'm stuck with a cloud instance where I'm the only user.
  • Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey Brian,

I see your site is currently on the Standard plan, which means you're eligible for standard support. Given the information you mentioned about the error you're seeing, I think it would be best if we could review the logs for your Cloud site. This requires your permission (granted when you create a support case) as it would allow Atlassian to review the data on your site.

When going through the contact support form your site should be listed in the "Which product is this for?" dropdown. As you are currently on the standard plan, you should be able to create a Technical issues and bugs request.

Cheers,
Daniel
