Hi Ollie,

Welcome to Community :)

If the issue still persist request you to reach out to atlassian support here : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

The would also ask for HAR files to see why the error is occuring for you

Thank you,

Prachi

@Prachi Bolar

The tags on the post indicate the author is using a Free subscription.

Users of Free subscriptions are not able to create support cases at https://support.atlassian.com . They get redirected to asking for help here in the Community Forums.

However, for Community Champions and others (I assume Atlassian Team members) there is a button shown at the top of the post that we can click to Request Assistance on the author's behalf. I'm not sure if that creates a ticket or just alerts Atlassian Team members who then create the ticket for the author.

Hello @Ollie Otulakowski

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do other users encounter the same problem in the same project?

Are you able to create issues in other projects?

Have you tried the same actions in another browser app, or after clearing your browser cache, or in a private browser window (to determine if the issue is related to cached data)?

There doesn't appear to be any active incident affecting Atlassian Jira Cloud in general, according to the Status page:

https://status.atlassian.com/

Have you ever been able to create issues?

When did this problem start and how long has it persisted?

The hash codes are useful only to Atlassian support to help them zero in on the entries in the log files (that only they can view) for when the problems occurred. They are not fixed codes that we users can look up anywhere.

If you are on a paid subscription your Jira Administrators can open a support case directly with Atlassian to get help.

If your post tag indicating your are on a Free subscription is accurate, you won't be able to open a support ticket directly with Atlassian. If the problem does not resolve itself in a reasonable amount of time we can escalate your Community Forum post to get attention from Atlassian on your issue
