I logged in using my credentials and it says someone else's name on my profile page but still has my picture?

Is this cloud JIRA or Server JIRA?  In either case, someone changed your profile.    In any case, it is a form of a security breach, from leaving your yourself logged and someone walked up and changed your profile to actual someone has your login credentials.
