I'm I want to create a chart that shows the cumulative week over week for a customer request type

I want to be able to track week over week the count of Action tickets for the last 60 or 90 days to see the Trend for that ticket type.  I'm not sure how to do that.

Hi @dino tinajero, One possible starting point would be to create a Dashboard and add a Created vs Resolved gadget:

That's exactly what I did.  I chose cumulative instead of count and I showed the unresolved graph over time and produces what I'm looking for.  I'd like to only show the unresolved secondary graph because that's the one I'm more interested in.
