I'm getting error 403 when clicking 'next' after the Database configuration page

When I'm at the Jira set-up page to connect to my database (Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL) I can test the connection to the DB and the connection test passes. When I click "next" it stalls out and gives me Error 403. The strange part is, sometimes when I get Error 403 and click "Go to Jira Home", sometimes it takes me back to the Database set-up page and sometimes it takes me to this page to set-up application properties:

However, whenever I click "next" here, It just tells me I've found a dead link and gives me the option to go to the home page again. What could be causing these 403 errors that's not letting me get through the Jira set-up?

Hi @MP32  May I know if you were able to resolve the above error ? If so, what was causing the error and how did you fix it ? Coz, I'm also stuck at the same place since yesterday. My test connection in the Database setup wizard is successful, but clicking on Next button shows a 403. Thanks!
