When logging in with user and password, the account loops, follows attached image.

This error usually goes off after clearing cookies and cache and you should be able to log in fine.
If the error still persists, request you to check if you have access to the products and its not been revoked.
Post this, if the error still occurs kindly raise a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/.
We can then investigate this further and identity the root cause with the help of our logs.

Hi,
It seems like this is on cloud. You should reach out to Atlassian support and raise a ticket. Atlassian should be able to check the system on what could be at fault and remediate it. There's limited visibility as an end-user.
