I'm having trouble adding the Start/Due and Completed dates to our cards.

We'd like to update our board so we can use the following fields for each card.

Configure card layout (Add):

• Begin/Start Date

• Due Date

• Completed Date 

I have added them on the board configuration, but can't seem to edit or insert dates on the cards.

If you created the custom fields Begin/Start Date, Completed Date make sure they are part of your screen in your project.

Due Date is a Jira built-in field, and in order to edit this field you may need to insure you have manage sprints and schedule issues permissions on the project.

Also - custom fields need to have data in them to show. If you don't have any data in the field the actual label of the field will not show on the screen.
