Your G Suite matches a domain you've verified. Remove it from your list of verified domains and try again.
On "Managed accounts" side bar, go to Domains,
On the list of domains, click on the three dots '...' beside the domain G Suite uses and click "Remove"
Then go back to "G Suite" on the side bar and try setting it up again.
N.B: Keep in mind that removing a verified domain will make all managed accounts unmanaged and will notify the users that their accounts are no longer managed.
