Hi @RRACHAKO

It sounds like your dashboard is set to private, which means only you can view it. To share it with others, you need to update its permissions. Follow these steps to give access to your team:

Steps to Share Your Jira Dashboard:

  1. Go to Your Dashboard
    1. Click on Dashboards in the top navigation bar.
    2. Open the dashboard you want to share.
  2. Edit Dashboard Permissions
    1. Click on the More (•••) menu at the top-right corner.
    2. Captura de pantalla 2025-03-14 a las 13.30.16.png
    3. Select Rename or share.
  3. Update the Sharing Settings
    1. Look for the Viewers or Editors sections.
    2. Captura de pantalla 2025-03-14 a las 13.40.53.png
    3. Click Add Share and choose who you want to share with:
    4. Individual users
    5. Groups (e.g., “jira-software-users”)
    6. Project roles (e.g., “Administrators”, “Developers”)
    7. The entire organization (if allowed by your Jira instance)
    8. ... etc...
  4. Save Changes
    1. Click Save to apply the new permissions.

Important Notes:

  • Only dashboard owners or users with the right permissions can modify sharing settings.

Let me know if this helps! If you find the solution useful, please mark my answer as accepted. 😊
