What errors are reporting on the "jira had problems starting up" screen?

In some cases, those might be enough to tell us what the problem is, but if not, then the next thing to read is the application log - look for <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log

Hello @kiran kumar k m

this is my case recently experienced with my test instance.

I installed 3 plugins after jira installation. Every time I started jira service, I got the same error as “jira had problems starting up”.

I use jira with default JVM on that time, if some plugins installed, you may need to increase Jira Virtual Memory. after increasing the JVM i didn’t see that error while I starting jira service.

if it’s not went well, you may need to follow the instructions suggested by @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- .

thanks,
