This problem is usually caused by two possible reasons:
1 - The E-mail address of the user invited was not properly configured to receive e-mails when the invitation was sent.
2 - The Atlassian Cloud IPs or Domains can be blocked on your firewall, causing the invitation e-mail sent to be bounced on the suppression list.
To release the e-mail sent, I recommend you to contact our Support Portal so one of our analysts can do it for you.
To avoid this kind of problem in the future, I recommend you to:
- Ensure that the mailbox of the user is properly working before performing the invitation
- Contact your network team to whitelist the Domains and IP Ranges of Atlassian Cloud described in the documentation below:
