I'm unable to view list of jira tickets for projects. How can this be fixed?

I tried to view the jira tickets for a particular project, but I keep getting kicked out after briefly seeing the list download.

I get a message to contact customer support, but there isn't any support available.

Since you mention 'list download,' I would like to know if you are referring to exporting tickets using the native functionality of Excel or Google Sheets. (Please see the screenshot below)

If not, please share the steps to reproduce it and provide more details of your use case. For example, are you using any third-party app or just entering a Jira project as usual?

Thank you for your help/responses! 

I went back into Jira this morning (using Safari) and see that the problem isn't currently happening.

I use a saved bookmark/link, which I believe includes these steps:

• Go to my Jira account
• Choose a particular project
• Go to the "Work Items" view 
• I would see the list for a second or two and then the list would disappear and the error message would pop up.

Welcome to the Community! Can you try with a different browser? Do you know if other users are also experiencing this issue? Was this working before?
