I need a report to just list users accounts created

We have Jira - Just need a report to show all users (accounts) created and the projects they are assigned to.  There is NO EXPORT Button any where on the user management form.

You can try the Better Excel Exporter app which can export Jira users with many type of metadata.

I believe you have to have Org Admin access but if you lok into user management you can see these fields at the top that will get you to the user export list
