I need help downloading the Jira Software installer for version 7.0.11

I am upgrading from Jira software 6.4.6, and I need to download Jira 7.0.11 full installer in order to continue.

Please let me know how I can download the full installer for Jira 7.0.11.

https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download is working fine for me, I can download the latest from there, and older versions from the "all server versions" it links to as well.

Could you explain what is not working for you?  What is the error or problem?

Hi Nic, I see that https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/update has been re-designed and is working as expected now.  Yesterday the update page for "all server versions" was cycling in an endless loop.  Not an issue anymore.

Hi Pierre thanks for the tip.  I did manage to download the 7.0.11 version using the French site and completed my upgrade.  The Russian site you highlighted also worked (just needed a site that I can understand and navigate.)  I will mark Nic's suggestion as the preferred answer for future readers.. but I needed to finish the upgrade over the weekend so this workaround was very helpful!
