We can't help you connect with an administrator.

We are a community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff, we are not your administrators.  We know a lot less about the system you are trying to get into than you do.

If you can't find a way to get to the admins in the system itself (I've always thought Jira should have a non-hidable "contact the admins" option in the help menu), then you will need to take a more human approach. 

Ask the person who asked you to use this Jira.  Ask the people around you who are also working with it.  Ask the people who gave you your account originally.

you need to contact the administrator of the instance you need access to. There is no generic Jira access.

 I understand  your words. but i couldn't connect the JIRA administrator. i open the JIRA  administrator url but i couldn't connect with administrator, please help me how should I connect with jira administrator?

You will probably need to ask the administrators of the system you are trying to get access to.

Usually, ask the person who told you to use their Jira!  Or maybe the other people around you who are using it, someone will know how to get hold of the admins.

Are you trying to get access to a Jira environment that already exists? Or are you wanting to set up a new Jira environment that you would manage?

I'm sorry, but I am unclear what you are trying to access.

If you are trying to access an existing Jira Cloud instance so that you can work with projects and issues, you would have a URL like this:

https://<yourcompany>.atlassian.net

A Site Administrator for the Jira instance would have to send you an invitation so that you could login to the site. Your teammates who already have access should be able to tell you who to contact to get access. We in the user community are not your Site Administrators. We work in our own Jira instances and cannot get you access to your company's Jira instance.

If you already have access to a Jira Cloud instance through a link like the one above, can you please tell us exactly what you are trying to do where you can't find the right access?
