@Alejandro Velasquez- This Jira server ID must be provided by the administrators managing your Jira server application. If you are the administrator of the DC/server instance, you must first install Microsoft Teams for Jira on the Jira instance and follow the steps mentioned here to successfully configure the same with teams apps: https://www.msteams-atlassian.com/JiraServer/

Kind Regards

Hi @Alejandro Velasquez , welcome to the Atlassian Community.

If you're talking about the Support Entitlement Number (SEN), then have a look at this article.

Otherwise, which ID are you referring to? Your username in Jira Server?

Jira ID is a unique identifier that is generated after Jira app (add-on) installation. If Microsoft Teams for Jira app (add-on) is installed in your Jira and you have the administrator permissions, you can see the Jira ID at the bottom of the configuration page in Jira. In case you don’t have administrator permissions, please contact your Jira administrator to provide you with the Jira ID from the add-on configuration page.
