I need to clone an existing project and create a new one with the same configurations, workflows, and issue types. Since it seems this isn't possible automatically, I was attempting to manually review the schemes and workflows used by the existing project to apply them to the new project. However, I'm unable to see a summary or determine which workflow is used by the current project. How should I proceed

To identify the skeleton of the project configuration, you can open the project settings of the existing project, check the configuration schemas there, and then apply them to the new project. What we typically do is the following:
If your existing project contains some details Jira configuration schemes then they are applied automatically to a newly created one, no changes are needed.
Hope this helps.
