I am not able to get the global permissions> administrator permissions as that is not allowed in the business i am working in.
How am I able to get multiple boards in one project getting this error message and without having access to being a global permissions administrator?
This is the error message I get when I want to create a board:
'The user does not have permissions to share, the owner has not been changed.
To get the permissions to share i need to be apart of this group: global permissions administrators.
But because I can not get access to this group I can not create a board within a project.
What can I do?
in order to clarify: you don't need to be a member of an administrator group (if that's what your administrators are afraid about). Being a member of a group that's been granted the Share dashboards and filters global permission is sufficient.

Hi Ellie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am afraid that you are not granted that privilege then you are not able to share the boards. You must get your Jira Administrator to add that permission for you. There is no way around that.
