i need to create the custom button for each when i click that button it need to redirectgiven another web page
each issue have a button if user click that button it need to redirect to one given url with that issue key

You can realize this with a Fragment, if you have Scriptrunner installed: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/script-fragments
Or, you can create a text custom field and use Jira automation to set the respective link for each issue.
Otherwise you are not able to add custom buttons to the Jira UI.
