Hello!
I need to disable my own 2FA, but Atlassian won't let me do it:
"Two-step verification required Your organization admin requires two-step verification to be enabled on your account. If you need to reset two-step verification, contact your organization admin."
I AM the admin of my organization and I can't even change the 2FA to Google Authenticator.
So yeah, that's about it. If someone could help, I've been looking for an answer for like an hour and nobody mentions this specific case.
Thanks in advance!

You might need to change the authentication policy to make MFA optional so you can disable it on your account.

I wouldn't personally do that, and certainly not for an administrator account.
Hey, thanks for the fast response!
I know that it is dangerous to disable this kind of security, for the time being I just want to change it to Google Authenticator.
But, here is the thing:
"Before you can set up authentication policies You need to verify ownership of your company domain and claim your user accounts. You can then set up an authentication policy to secure log in for your users. Explore authentication policies Verify domain"
I don't have any domain to verify, so...

Hi @Carlos Daniel Ceballos Claros
On https://admin.atlassian.com/ have you been in the Security menu, Authentication policies then update the one you are in ?
You can create a new policy without 2FA and only switch your user to it.
