Hi @sivasankaran ,
This is Majid @ Exalate.
If you are open to using an app to achieve your integration, I would urge you to look into Exalate to fully synchronize your Jira instance to Azure Devops bidirectionally. The app provides you fully customizable synchronization between work items in Azure Devops and Jira.
Please feel free to book a demo if you would like to see the product in action.
Thanks
Majid
@sivasankaran hi and welcome! have you thought of perhaps using external help. A tool like ZigiOps can help you connect the two systems in no time, bi-directionally, and sync any type of data. You can also customize it to fit your use cases. If interested, feel free to explore it. You can also book a demo if you want to see it in action.
Regards, Diana (ZigiWave)

"Integrate" is a spectacularly meaningless word.
Could you tell us what you actually want to do? How do you want the two systems to behave when they have been "integrated"?

Whenever a pipeline runs in DevOps , it should create a issue assigned to some assignee in JIRA. This is the requirement for now.

OK, so you'll need to write some code to run when a pipleline fails - it should simply send a REST call over to Jira to create a new issue.
