Why do I no longer see the Plans section in the top bar?

Hi Silvia,

Plans, i.e. Advanced Roadmaps, are only available for Premium subscriptions. You can determine which subscription you have by following Joel's guidance in his answer.

Actually you can’t access plans from the top bar

[Note that only if you are an admin, you can access billing/plans]

  • First click on settings icon, beside your profile, in the top bar
  • Click on billing
  • You will be redirected to https://admin.atlassian.com
  • Click on View Site Bill
  • Then on the left side bar, scroll to Manage Subscription
  • Select the desired product
  • Click on Change plan ( pic is given below)FE30A6EA-8FDA-4564-B430-D637DF5F1476.jpeg

Hello.

I don't think such a section exists. I have the same view.

It might be because of a missing addon but I am not sure.

What do you usually do with that section ?
