I recived an ERROR: 1232U5P. Trying to create a task thru "backlog plus" option. How can I resolve?

There are a few known bugs that will cause the inline creation of issues to fail in the backlog screen. Here are the possible scenarios:

1. Users with "Create Issue" permission but no "Manage sprints" and no "Manage issues" permission have a "+ Create Issue" button for sprints in backlogs, but receive an error if they try to create an issue on the sprint. 
2. If the default assignee is set to Project lead and the project lead is no longer associated with the Jira cloud site, the creation of new Jira issues from the project backlog fails with the error "Something's gone wrong" in team managed project 
3. Inline card creation disabled when Allow unassigned issues is OFF and default assignee is NOT Unassigned for Team-managed projects
