Hi @tabibu, shivram

Welcome to Community :)

I understand you are unable to find your old project in your instance

The reason could be that it would have been deleted.

If it's deleted it will be available in the trash for 60 days.

Projects along with their issues, components, attachments, and versions will be available in trash for 60 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.

Please find more details here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/trash-for-jira-cloud-projects/

If the project is not available here then its deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Thank you,

Prachi

Hi @tabibu, shivram ,

Welcome to the community!

Either the project has been trashed or you have lost your permissions to the project. If you are the jira administrator you can go to Settings (cog top right corner) > projects to see the full list of projects, even the archived and trashed ones and you can check the permissions of each project.

If you are not the jira admin you need to contact your jira admin to make them aware that you lost access to it.

all the best

Lisa
