Hello all, I am trying to restrict the edit permission for others Jira Administrators, specifically add or remove columns in the Kanban Board.

Do you have an idea how to do it?

Go to your board settings (not project settings) and make sure what is listed under the "Administrators" field of the General tab does not include any of your administrator groups or individuals.
