I want the "domain user" to became the "jirauser" without changing of history data, what should I do?

I have done follows: I deleted domain user and then created new users with the same user name. 

In this case information about password and usage (like last login) will be lost. 

But change history, comment and other will be the same. 

Test it on test inviroment first.
