We have 2 Jira 'cloud' and we want centralize 1 of them. So, the Dev team can log there work on it.

Finally, If an update happened to a task in Jira 1 it should reflected as is in Jira 2.

Also can you please advise if there're any prerequisites.

Hi @MostafaIbraheem09

This is Syed @ Exalate.

You can achieve the synchronization that you are looking for using Exalate. All updates on Jira 1 seamlessly get synced to Jira 2, and you can even get your custom fields synced bi-directionally too.

If you would like to see the product in action, please feel free to book a demo with us.

Thanks

Syed

Hi @MostafaIbraheem09

welcome to the Atlassian community.

Your request is a typical use case for issue sync apps. @Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- mentioned one of the possible apps for that, you can get the complete list from the Atlassian Marketplace. All these apps have in common that you can configure in some way specific rules how you want to synchronize your issues, unidirectional, bidirectional or also more specific use cases.

I'm part of the team behind Backbone Issue Sync. We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to synchronize your issues - so that you don't need to deal with any scripting.

Cheers,
Matthias.
