I want to inbuilt AI to my Jira software.

When a ticket is getting raised, it should show the suggestions based on the summary . 

How to acheive that?

Hi @Sara Hekmat , I want to get the suggestions of duplicate tickets based on the summary entered while creating tickets

AI features are available with Premium and Enterprise plans. If you're on the premum plan, please go to admin.atlassian.com > Settings > Atlassian Intelligence and enable it for the desired products.
