@Nimra Iqbal hey there. Feel free to check out ZigiOps. It's fully no-code platform that can easily integrate Azure Pipelines CI/CD and Jira without additional coding. It's compliant with the latest security policies and is quite easy to setup. We do have a free trial version, in case you want to try it yourself.

Hi @Nimra Iqbal
OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) can help you facilitate the integration of Azure CI/CD Pipelines with either Jira Cloud or Jira Server.
Here are some common scenarios where OpsHub provides support:
1) Automated Defect Creation and Build Status Updates:
OpsHub enables the creation of defects in Jira when a build fails, and it can also provide real-time build status updates to Jira Cloud.
2) Synchronization of Code Changes and Jira Issues:
When changes in the code trigger a CI/CD pipeline, OpsHub allows for automated updates to Jira issues. This includes linking them to specific code commits, branches, or builds, ensuring that development and issue tracking stay aligned.
3) Automation of Jira Workflows:
OpsHub permits the creation of automated workflows that respond to CI/CD pipeline events. For instance, it can automatically close Jira issues when code changes are successfully deployed through the pipeline.
4) Conditional Approvals in Pipelines:
OpsHub supports more complex scenarios, such as conditional approvals in pipelines. For instance, it can ensure that specific pipeline stages are approved only when corresponding Jira issues are approved, eliminating the need for manual interventions.
If you require further assistance or wish to explore integration possibilities, feel free to reach out to our Integration Experts for an initial consultation to help plan your integration journey effectively.
Thanks,
Brad
