Project settings have been created as "Team Managed Business".

Project settings have been set to the scrum of "Team Managed Software". When creating an issue on the board, you saw a field where you can select a specific permission group (administrators, members, viewers).

However, the "Team Managed Business" setting doesn't seem to have the same functionality as above.

How do I make sure that only certain groups of privileges can view posts when creating issues on the board?

Team managed business projects does have this feature and you can assign these rules by going to Project Settings > Access > Add people > Set people with different roles:

While the above KB article is for Jira Software but the same is true for Jira work management (Business projects).
