I want to maximize the create issue window

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After clicking on 'Create' button, I 'm getting the window like this (Refer Attached SS). We are not getting option to maximize the window or close. Please help.

Welcome aboard!
It seems like the screen has been zoomed in, try to zoom out a bit with CTRL and minus buttons at the same time, until you get this:
To maximize, click on the button in the middle that says "Go full screen" when you hover your mouse over. I am using a dark theme, don't let that confuse you.
