Hi there
I want to move all of 40000 Zendesk tickets to JIRA
I want to include attachments and comments (including the name of the person who made the comment) in my import to JIRA, I will have a few JIRA projects created just for holding this historical data from Zendesk
Is this possible, have any other customers done this before?
Thanks
Lisa
Seems like this is still ongoing into the great unknown. Has anyone tried the above migration script above, or found other solutions to move Zendesk articles over into Confluence?
I have the same requirement, I'm also looking for better approach to do ..

Did you ever perform the migration? What did you learn? We're looking to do something similar.
