I have a Jira user who used to handle our QA requirements on jira tickets. We automatically assigned this user to a ticket when a ticket was created. When we try to create new issues now, we get the following error when submitting:
QA: User '<username>' is not valid for this user picker.
I've removed the user from Jira, but how can I go into the workflow and remove this picker? I know I added this into our flow, but with design changes to the cloud version of the admin, I can't find this area as easy as I used to.
Thank you for any help you can provide

Michael,
Thank you for your help, but when I go into the post functions, all are the generic ones that were setup by default. I can't find one that is new or has the 'QA' function for adding the person to the ticket.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
In that case it may not be a post function. If you have already checked components as mentioned above then there may be some automation doing this such as Jira Service Desk Automation, Automation for Jira, or ScriptRunner.
You may need to check with other Jira admin for your Jira instance to see if any automations are in place.

Bob,
Thank you for helping. I don't have any of those 3 tools in our setup. I'm going to see if the Tech Support can help and possibly login to see the issue.

Thank you all for the answers, but I don't see anything clearly for "Post Functions" (see below). I must be in the wrong place, but it used to be easier to find in the older view. When I click on workflows,
When I click on the Workflows link this is what I get:

There are couple of ways this could be happening. In the workflow it could be a post-function on the Create transition.
