This verification badge is usually for some respected person or brand. It can shows credibility, originality, and of course to show the official page of person/brand. Our company wants to get this kind of varication in each social media platforms, so it can help our communication.

okay, so now I can really try to help you. Maybe you're not fully aware of it but you're browsing the Atlassian Community right now. It's a great place to ask questions, learn things, and meet nice people but the majority of the people here are users just like you (and consultants, app vendors, and the employees of Atlassian itself.). :)
If you really need support operating your internal Jira application this might be not the right place. We can provide you with information on how to create issues and use Jira in general but we have no idea how your Jira is set up, what project you should use and how's the right person to get in touch with.
Atlassian offers resources as this Getting started with Jira Core (Server) guide in the documentation or additional Getting started guides on their product homepage (Cloud-focused but the basics are the same). This will help you with using the tool in general.
