I was able to move a Story from Analysis to Completed even when ALL the Sub-Tasks were NOT completed.

I have defined a separate workflow for Story and Sub-tasks. My workflow for Story is as below

(Open-> Analysis-> Developement-> QA-> Completed-> Release) 

 and for Sub-Tasks it is as below

(Open-> Assigned-> InProgress-> OnHold-> Completed) 

I was able to move a Story from Analysis to Completed even when ALL the Sub-Tasks were NOT completed. Why is that so?

I donot want my Story to get completed unless all of its associated Sub-Tasks are Completed. Need help.
