Hi Jeff,
You can use the gadget called "Activity Stream".
Using this gadget, you can define an specific user that you want to verify what the user is working on.
I recommend you to take a look in the below documentation, on how to use gadgets. And in case you need any help to configure it, please, let me know.

Thanks. I already knew that.

It started showing up the next day. I have no idea why it wouldn’t show the checkboxes for Confluence/Jira.

Weird, but I was able to set it right. Thanks for the response!
