Hello,

I would like to migrate from Next Gen to Classic but before that I would like to create a clone of the original just to manually fix what was not automatically migrated.

Is there a feature that allows us to "clone" a Next Gen project ?

Thank you,

George.

Hi @George Toman , hi @Ismael Jimoh,

Thank you for mentioning Deep Clone for Jira@Ismael Jimoh

Indeed it's possible bulk clone up to 5000 issues between classic and next gen projects with our app.

Since Deep Clone offers also some more advanced cloning options you  might not have to update data after cloning.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@codefortynine.com if you have any feedback or questions.

Best regards,

Marlene

Hi @George Toman

You may want to consider the add-on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218652/deep-clone-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview for cloning the issue in the project and moving it to another project type.

  1. Clone each issue.
  2. Move them to the new project.
  3. Update any data that is lost during cloning.

Hope this helps.
