I would like to inquire about Kanban boards. Why are completed stories displayed in the to-do list?

All sub-tasks of the story are completed, and the story is also completed. But why can’t I move from To Do to Task Done? How should we solve this problem?

It looks like the issue is already in "Done" based on the red box around the green Status.

What's the issue here? Is it not showing correctly on the Kanban Board?

The story is still on the Kanban board's to-do list.

The Story is a Swimlane, rather than it being in the To Do Column.

If you clear the search box, and open the swimlane, it will likely show the Sub-tasks within it.

The Story is still "Done" though, and would be in the Done column if you weren't grouping the Swimlanes based on Story-level (i.e parent of Sub-tasks).

Subtasks were not being exposed due to filters
What was mapped to the column was not a story, but a subtask.

Could you check this for me? 

1. Identify if your workflow is the same for your subtasks and story issue types.

• If it's different, check if the statuses that your story use, is mapped at the correct column that you want.
• If it's the same, then we need to investigate it a bit more.
