Hey Everyone!
I've got a bit of an odd problem that I haven't been able to figure out, so I'm hoping someone knows about it.
The company I work for is working on upgrading from Jira Software Server 7.10 to 8.5. When we navigate to an issue by going straight there (typing the key in the Search box) everything seems to work as expected. When we navigate to an issue by searching for it then going to the issue from the search results, the actual clickable part of the radio buttons and checkboxes don't show.
To be clear, when looking at the URL (myurl.jira/browse/prj-1) if it just has the issue key then everything works as expected. However, when the search terms are in the URL (myurl.jira/browse/prj-1?jql=project %3D PRJ), it doesn't work.
This only happens with I.E. 11 (I've also tested FireFox and Chrome), but it's a deal-breaker for us because we have quite a few legacy systems that require IE and most of our users aren't savvy enough to know/remember to use a different browser.
Does anyone have some suggestions of things to try?
Not sure which radio buttons and checkboxes you're referencing; can you post a screenshot?
IE definitely doesn't play as nicely with Jira as other browsers do. It's usable, but quirky.
