We recently upgraded to JIRA 7.13.0 and for newly created JIRA projects, the issue view is greyed out. It is similar to the issue reported at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68455. The issues can be accessed / edited from the backlog and directly but not from the issues view. The issues view is functional in other browsers. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution.
I have 7.13.0 installed and am not experiencing that issue in IE11. I would suggest clearing your browsers cache. Often during updates CSS and JS files are updated so if they are cached you can have some unexpected behavior.
