Dear all

Hi!

I'm trying to start my sprint but it is continuously showing error message "Invalid date format"

I picked valid date(31/Oct/21 09:21 AM), aligned with the needed date format(dd/MMM/yy h:mm a), however it is never working 😔

It would be highly appreciated if you could help me with resolving this issue.

Hi @코코 

In other posts related to this problem, Atlassian has suggested that it may be due to the time zone you have configured in your personal settings or the language you have configured, can you try changing it and see if it works this way?

I switched my timezone to UTC and then it is now working!!

I can commence the sprint!
