JST-455800 Need information for integration

Need help to get the below information.

Server configuration details: IP ,Port, Host IP

Token ID of JIRA.

Normally no one would have permissions to see your support request, the one you mentioned: JST-455800.

I could see that one of my colleagues responded to you in scope of support case, providing you details about server configuration details and token ID of Jira.

Just to reiterate some key points:

1. Server configuration details:

Being a Cloud service there isn't a single IP as it can change and runs through various proxies, we have ranges which are published here Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains - Atlassian Documentation.

2. Token ID of Jira:

I believe you are referring to this:
API Token
