Ideas we have archived are no longer showing in Archive

On Jira Product Discover, when we mark an idea as Done, we move it into Archive. This was working fine but now it appears almost every Archived idea is missing from the Archive and we're not able to find the issues anywhere on Jira Product Discovery. On the Archive screen there are no filters on and nobody would be deleting them from Archive. 

None of the support documentation suggests they would be automatically deleted after a set period of time. 

Is there a way to stop Archive ideas disappearing?

I just noticed this today as well.  Not a good development.
