Created a drop down bug field.  Is it possible if "Other" is selected to automatically require "Other Reason for Bug" to be filled out?Screenshot 2024-01-23 140231.png

Hello @Dominic Deguzman

The link provided by @Uday Kiran Bhaviri is for the documentation relevant to the Behaviours functionality for Jira Data Center. You tagged your post as being for Jira Cloud. Here is the correct documentation link.

https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours

Based on your screen image, it appears that you are working with a Team Managed project. Behaviours cannot be used currently with Team Managed projects, as per the information on the above page here:

https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours#supported-platforms

You would need to switch to using a Company Managed project. And then, in that case, see my answer on this same question asked earlier this week here:

@Dominic Deguzman You need to write a behaviour (ScriptRunner) to achieve this functionality.
