We just set up a add on which is sending an e-mail to the author of a ticket. Our goal is to send a feedback e-mail to the author of an issue which was submitted through the JIRA ServiceDesk portal. But since we are using the same issue types for the portal and for the normal project, you can submit all the issues through the portal or just create it directly in JIRA - and both ways will trigger such a feedback e-mail.
Any chance to configure stuff (for example a JQL filter channel-request-type=portal) in that way, that only issues which were submitted through the portal with trigger that post function?
All the best! Lars
