Images failing to load

For the last hour, we are not able to see images in our JIRA Tasks, or add attachments, etc. The images just Failed to Load.

Looking at the Network tab in Chrome, it seems to get a 500 HTTP status error when executing a POST on https://api.media.atlassian.com/items .

This makes JIRA pretty unworkable, since we depend on the images.
