The bug [JRACLOUD-78440] Bulk moving issues to other projects shows non required fields as required and clear fields while moving - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.  suggests this is because the field renderer is different between the projects.  It's unlikely the data is gone just that the fields are configured differently so it won't show them.

I'd check the field configs between the two projects to verify this theory.  If they are different and it's possible to update the 'to' project's config, that is where I'd start.

Also, you could move 1 ticket back to the old project to verify the image and description return. Or export via csv and see there is data in those fields. In fact to fix this you may need to do a csv export, then an import to get the fields to take the 'to' project's configuration.

Hi @Mattia Gibilaro

By migrated did you mean bulk move?  You may be hitting this known bug. [JRACLOUD-78440] Bulk moving issues to other projects shows non required fields as required and clear fields while moving - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Otherwise can you post what steps you are doing when you say 'migration'?

yes was made by bulk move. Any chance to recover images?
