Images not attaching to cards

Hello, I’m new to Trello. I am trying to attach some images taken from an iPhone to cards on Trello and it’s not working. I’ve checked the image sizes and it’s below 10 MB. What do I need to do? I start the attachment process and it just gets stuck. Thank you for your help
